How to confirm ownership of my cryptocurrency wallet?

If you received such a request, please send the requested information to support@dzengi.com.
Depending on the type of your cryptowallet, you can confirm its ownership with one of the following variants:

  • Screenshot that shows cryptowallet's address and your identity data (email/full name/phone number) in the platform/app interface of your cryptowallet. All the information should be displayed in one screenshot.
Please note, if the cryptowallet platform/app interface does not allow displaying everything in one screenshot, it will be necessary to record a video, as described in point 2.
  • Video in the MOV/MP4 format that shows cryptowallet's address and your identity data (email/full name/phone number) in the platform/app interface of your cryptowallet. All the information should be recorded in one video.

Please do not show any information in the account of Dzengi.com's interface.
  • sign a message with a private key
  • confirm a hardware ("cold") cryptowallet
If your cryptowallet doesn't have any identification data (KYC data)

The video should reflect authorization to the email which is linked to your Dzengi.com account and then authorization to the cryptowallet's account/app as well as showing the cryptowallet's address in the interface of its platform/app.

We don't request sharing private keys, seed phrases, or accounts' passwords with us. To confirm ownership of a cryptowallet, you only need to show KYC and cryptowallet's details.
