Liveness test is a photographic image or video image of a person, using information technologies provided for automatic recognition of biometric data of these persons and photos from an identity document and (or) another document on the basis of which identification is carried out, followed by their comparison.
A request to complete liveness test can be sent to ensure the safety of your funds and personal data in case you've recently logged in from a new device or some login parameters were changed, or to complete the identity verification procedure.
- Before starting the procedure, please make sure that your application is updated to the latest available version, the room is well lit, and your face is clearly visible. Then open the liveness check request in your application (“Liveness-test”) and click “Launch”;
- Hold your phone at face level and click “Continue”;
- Position your face to fit the frame (inner circle) and look straight into the camera;
- Wait until the data is processed and uploaded — a green check mark should appear;
Once the information is accepted, the request status will change to "Verified".
