In order to confirm ownership of a hardware ("cold") cryptowallet, you can send us a video showing the following information:
- authorization to the email (enter your login and password; password should be hidden) which is linked to your cryptowallet

tab with personal details in your email or letters received from us;
- authorization to your cryptowallet app
- Ledger device (or other wallet device) next to computer's/phone's display. Cryptowallet address should be displayed on both devices at the same time
If your cryptowallet's email is different from the one you used to sign up with Dzengi.com
The video should reflect not only authorization to the email that is linked to your cryptowallet, but also authorization to the email that you used to sign up with Dzengi.com.
We don't request sharing private keys, seed phrases, or accounts' passwords with us. To confirm ownership of a cryptowallet, you only need to show KYC and cryptowallet's details.
