In addition to the information provided when signing up, you will also need to provide a document confirming your identity. The document should include:
- your full name (including the middle name, if applicable);
- date of birth;
- nationality;
- document number;
- issuing authority;
- date of issue and expiry date.
For example, you can provide a photo of the full photo-page of your passport or both sides of your ID card or residence permit.
General document and photo requirements
- a colour photo of the original document (not a scan);
- the image must not be edited;
- all four corners of the document or the entire spread must be visible;
- all information must be clear, readable, and unobstructed;
- no glare or overexposed areas;
- the document must be valid and not expired;
- the document should contain information in Latin or Cyrillic script;
In some cases, we may also require proof of your residential address or other additional information. We will contact you if any additional documents or information are required.
