We strive to provide access to our crypto platform to clients worldwide; however, in some cases, the functionality or access to the crypto platform may be limited.

3. Account creation or use of the crypto platform is not available to clients who are residents/citizens (as well as located) of the United States and the Russian Federation.

4. The company does not provide services to clients (potential clients) who reside in (are residents/citizens of) unrecognized or partially recognized states and other territories. Additionally, payments from these countries cannot be processed by our payment provider.
