If the withdrawal of cryptocurrency / tokens from your account was declined, make sure that:
- withdrawal amount corresponds to the minimum limit;
- you withdraw cryptocurrency to the corresponding (correct) wallet address (for example, Bitcoin to a Bitcoin address, USDT (Tether) - ERC-20, XRP - Ripple);
- you have not received a request to provide confimation of ownership of virtual wallet or another one;
- the address of the virtual wallet for withdrawal was not used on resources that may be unsafe;
- the withdrawal of tokenised assets or tokenised currencies is carried out purposely and correctly.
