Withdrawal requests are processed by specialists on average within 30 minutes.
The time it takes for funds to reach an external account depends on the method:
- Processing the withdrawal of funds to a bank card from the side of the cryptoplatform can take from several minutes to 24 hours. Receiving of funds may take up to several business days, depending on the issuing bank.
- Receiving funds to a bank account usually takes 1-2 business days for transfers within the Republic of Belarus.
The time required to process a bank transfer depends directly on the speed of processing by the banks. Please note that banks process transfers only on weekdays, usually from 9 am to 3:30 pm (UTC+3) on Monday to Thursday and from 9 am to 2:30 pm (UTC+3) on Friday.
- The speed of cryptocurrency withdrawal to a cryptowallet depends on the network load of the respective blockchain and the number of required confirmations. In most cases, transactions are processed within a short time, but delays may occur during periods of high network congestion.
You can check the status of the withdrawal transaction in your account under the “Wallets" tab (web platform) under "Withdrawals in processing" or "Portfolio" - "Wallets"(mobile app).
