Why has my order been executed if the price I specified is not on the chart?

Tokenised assets are quoted by two prices simultaneously, however, tokens are bought by the Ask graph, and sold by the Bid graph.

If you've noticed that your order, stop-loss, or take-profit were executed, but the price hasn't reached your level on the graph (or vice versa, your order wasn't executed, but the price was reached):

  • make sure that you've chosen the price type in accordance with the order type
    for a long operation
    • opened (including limit/stop order) by the Buy price ("Ask" graph)
    • closed (including stop-loss/take-profit) by the Sell price ("Bid" graph)
    for a short operation
    • opened (including limit/stop order) by the Sell price ("Bid" graph)
    • closed (including stop-loss/take-profit) by the Buy price ("Ask" graph)
  • make sure that the graph type is not "Heikin-ashi". Heikin-ashi, in a way, works like an indicator. Due to this, the graph with those candles can differ from the default graph
