Tokenised assets are quoted at two prices simultaneously — Ask and Bid — which are displayed on two separate price charts. The Ask chart shows the price at which tokens can be bought, while the Bid chart shows the price at which tokens can be sold.
If your order, Stop Loss, or Take Profit was executed at a price that does not match the chart — or was not executed when expected:
make sure that you are viewing the correct price chart for your position and order type.
For a long operation- The operation is opened (including via a Limit or Stop order) according to the Buy price (Ask chart).
- The operation is closed (including via Stop Loss or Take Profit) according to the Sell price (Bid chart).
For a short operation- The operation is opened (including via a Limit or Stop order) according to the Sell price (Bid chart).
- The operation is closed (including via Stop Loss or Take Profit) according to the Buy price (Ask chart).
- make sure the chart type is not set to Heikin-Ashi. Heikin-Ashi candles are calculated differently from standard candles and therefore may display price movements differently from the default chart.
