- click "Deposit" on the left side of the cryptopaltform's interface
- choose a deposit method
- if necessary — choose currency/bank
- follow the further instructions
- open the "Portfolio" tab in the bottom part of the screen and choose "Wallets" at the top
- press on the necessary cryptocurrency/tokenised currency
- press "Deposit" on the opened page and choose a deposit method
- follow the further instructions in the mobile app's interface

The reasons for a decline can vary depending on the chosen deposit method:

- wire transfer — please contact your bank to clarify the decline's reason
