Technical maintenance related to infrastructure upgrades is currently being carried out on Dzengi.com. The main stage of the maintenance began on 23.05.2026 and is expected to last up to 3 days. The exact recovery date will be announced additionally. We are doing our best to complete the work as quickly as possible and will notify you as soon as the platform becomes available again.


What is happening with the platform?
Planned technical maintenance is currently being carried out on Dzengi.com. The platform functionality is temporarily limited — access to accounts is unavailable both in the mobile app and web version.

When will the maintenance be completed?
The maintenance is expected to last up to 3 days from the start date (23.05.2026). The exact recovery date will be announced additionally — please follow updates on the website and via email notifications.

Are my funds safe?
Yes. All client funds and assets remain protected. The maintenance affects only the trading functionality and infrastructure.

What happens to my open leverage trades?

Leverage trades remain active. During the maintenance period, funding fees (swap) are not charged.

*Please note that during this period, markets and prices will not be updated, orders (including stop-loss and take-profit) will not be executed, and notifications (“Margin Call” and others) will not be sent.

How can I close my active leverage trade now?
Please send a request to support@dzengi.com or via the form below. In your request, specify:
  • market (trading instrument);
  • price and source of the quote (for example, TradingView, Binance and etc.);
  • closing volume (full or partial, with the exact quantity).
Once all information is received, your request will be registered and forwarded to specialists. Please note that once a closing request is accepted, it cannot be canceled.

How can I withdraw funds now?
Via the form below or by email to support@dzengi.com.
  • For cryptocurrency withdrawals: wallet address, amount, cryptocurrency, and network (available networks are listed via the link);
  • For bank transfer withdrawals (only BY banks): recipient’s full name, bank account number in IBAN format, your bank’s SWIFT code, amount, and transfer currency.

Can I access my account or complete verification?
No. The account and trading functionality are temporarily unavailable. Verification, deposits, and any other operations will resume after the maintenance is completed.

What will happen after the maintenance is completed?
The account will become available again, and markets will operate according to the established trading schedule. At the same time, markets may open with a price gap. If you leave positions or orders active, please take this risk into account, as it may affect their execution or result.
