To withdraw funds, go to the "Wallets" tab, then click on the "Withdraw" button next to the tokenised currency or cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. Then you will see several options to choose from:
- bank transfer;
- bank card;
- cryptocurrrency wallet (corresponding to the cryptocurrency blockchain or ERC-20 standard to withdraw token of "cx" type).
Please note that the use of "cx" tokens that are used for trading within the Dzengi.com cryptoplatform may not be possible outside the platform.
Only your personal external accounts (bank cards, accounts and cryptocurrency wallets) can be used for withdrawals.
